Our small but dedicated team has been working tirelessly to make things right for any affected customers and to ensure that this does not happen again. As part of that effort, we’ve implemented new processes and partnered with a new, trusted manufacturer who shares our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

We’re happy to share that custom orders placed after August 15th will move forward without delay, arriving within our promised 8–12 week timeline. Because each custom piece is hand-crafted, we ask for your continued patience as we take the time needed to create something truly special for you.
